Slow roasted red capsicum and quinoa soup


There is nothing better than a bowl of steaming soup to help you through the cold winter days, so we hope you enjoy ours.

This versatile soup can be used as a pasta sauce. Alternatively simmer slices of white fish for 2-5 minutes, or add pieces of cooked chicken or tofu, to turn into a meal for four.

Our soups are ready to heat and heat. Each jar includes 2 generous portions, perfect for sharing or enjoying over two meals.  Heat soup, in a saucepan, or in a microwave.  Serve with bread, or top with rocket and seeds.

INGREDIENTS: Red capsicum, tomato, Carrot, Red onion, quinoa, olive Oil, vegetable stock paste (sweet potato, carrot, tomato, zucchini, salt, pepper, rosemary, sage, parsley, black pepper), sugar, garlic, chilli, smoked paprika, salt
