This beautiful tangy sauerkrauts has been fermenting mixed with shredded turmeric and ginger. Perfect for mixing into the greens of a salad before adding it’s topping or adding into any sandwich to add some vibrance!
We use the best, locally sourced, organic veggies. You might have bumped into my shopping for the ingredients at Orange grove! We love to support the local farmers.
The crockpot it is fermented in is made by Zaklady Ceramiczne Boleslawiec at their factory in Boleslawiec, Poland. The glaze used it chemical and metal free.
The process we take to make our kimchi’s are very manual. We chop and crush the veggies by hand, it is slow fermented for around 10 days and then put into jars lovingly by hand.
There is no compromise to these amazing sauerkrauts. And you will taste the difference, they are packed with flavour!
Turmeric Sauerkraut – and then we have something for the kids to enjoy too. Very flavoursome, but not as strong as the others. This is served in a larger jar.
